Irritants in soap, shampoo, detergent, fabric softener, as well as food such as milk, egg, seafood, and mites also cause dry skin, rash and irritation. In general, there is bullae or red bumps on the face and outer arms and legs.
Monitor and find the cause to avoid it. For example, if the baby is allergic to food, avoid such food. Add moisture to the baby’s skin by using lotion that gives extra moisture or cream to relieve the rash without causing irritation.
